    Semi-Private Training

    A structured, coach-led program with a six-member cap. Everyone follows the same progressive plan — your coach tracks your movement, knows your history, and adjusts when something's off. The small group isn't a feature. It's what makes the coaching real.

    1-on-1 Private Training

    Private Training is built entirely around you — your movement patterns, your training history, your goals. Every session is coached 1-on-1 and adjusted in real time. No template. No guesswork.

Most people don't know where to start — and that's exactly why we built Day One. Before you choose a program, we assess how you move, where you are, and what you actually need.
