Private Training is built on one thing: your coach knowing you well enough to build a program that couldn't belong to anyone else. That starts at Day One with a full assessment — your movement, your goals, your lifestyle. It continues every session after.

Nutritional Guidance Included
Training alone only goes so far. Your coach works with you on the habits and nutrition patterns that support what you're building in the gym — tracked and adjusted through your training app.
Flexible Scheduling
No fixed class times. Sessions are built around your week — not the other way around.
Measurable Progress, not just Felt progress
Regular check-ins track where you are against where you started. You always know what's working and what needs adjusting.
Your coaches are reachable between sessions
Questions mid-week, a form check, or a progress update — reach your coach through the training app or text the studio directly. You're never waiting until your next session to get an answer.

Not at all. Most of our members come to us to get in shape — we meet you exactly where you are and build from there at a pace that makes sense for you.

That's actually where we do some of our best work. Our approach is built for people who are starting fresh or coming back after time away. You'll leave Day One with a clear plan and a coach who already understands how you move.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Most members train 2–3 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and program design. Your coach will give you a clear recommendation after Day One.

Yes. Nutritional guidance is part of the Private Training experience — not a separate add-on. Your coach tracks and adjusts your nutrition alongside your training through the app, so both sides of your progress are moving together.

SPT follows a structured group program with up to six members per session. PT is built entirely around one person — you. The programming, pacing, scheduling, and coaching are all specific to your goals and history. If you're unsure which is right for you, Day One is where we figure that out together.

Your coach builds your program based on what they find during the assessment. Your first official session follows shortly after — and from there, the program evolves as you do. No reset, no guessing. Just consistent progression from a clear starting point.
