What Private Training at EMBODI Means
Private Training at EMBODI is a fully personalized coaching experience.
Every detail — from programming to pacing — is built around your goals, movement, and lifestyle.
This isn’t just about individual attention.
It’s about precision, structure, and guidance at every step.
You’re not following a generic plan.
You’re following your plan — coached in real time.
What you will be working towards
You’re not here for another short burst of motivation. You’re here to feel like yourself again—strong, confident, and in control.
-
You’re not chasing exhaustion—you’re building consistent output. With a structured strength-first plan, you’ll burn more energy across the week, recover better, and stop doing “random” workouts that spike motivation for two days and disappear for two weeks. Regular physical activity supports healthy weight management and body composition over time—especially when you can actually stick to it.
-
Strength changes your posture, your presence, and the way you move through the world. You’ll build real capability—carrying things easier, moving with more control, and feeling like your body is working with you instead of against you. Strength training is linked with broad health and functional benefits, including stronger muscles and better physical function.
-
This is the one people don’t expect. When your training becomes structured and measurable, you stop second-guessing yourself. You’re not “trying to get back into it”—you’re doing it. That confidence spills into work, relationships, and decision-making because you’ve proven you can follow through. (And yes—your physique changes, but the bigger win is how you carry yourself.)
-
Most people think training will drain them—then they realize it’s the opposite when it’s programmed correctly. Physical activity is consistently associated with improved mood, better sleep, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults. This isn’t about becoming a fitness robot—it’s about feeling like yourself again, with more capacity for life.
-
A good plan reduces decision fatigue. You don’t walk into the gym wondering what to do, how hard to go, or whether you’re wasting your time. You show up, execute, and leave feeling clear-headed. Even single bouts of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity can reduce short-term feelings of anxiety.
-
Strength isn’t just aesthetics—it’s durability. Training that’s coached and progressed helps support joint health, movement quality, and long-term function. Resistance training is also associated with benefits like improved bone health and overall resilience as you age.
-
The “best program” is the one you can repeat. Personal Training makes consistency realistic because it’s built around your schedule, your starting point, and your life. Regular physical activity provides major physical and mental health benefits—but the key is adherence. This section reminds them: the plan is designed so you can stay in it.

What to expect on day one
-
We take time to understand your background — training habits, injuries, and lifestyle — to tailor your approach from the start.
-
A quick look at your current nutrition habits and how they align with your goals, energy, and recovery.
-
Track your baseline with accurate data — including muscle mass, body fat percentage, and key metrics that guide progress.
-
A point-based evaluation covering key movement patterns and strength abilities.
Your score determines your training category and helps us accurately recommend the right service and frequency — ensuring you train at the ideal intensity for your goals. -
We tie it all together with a clear strategy: what program best fits you, how often you should train, and the roadmap to start strong and stay consistent.
Still have questions? We got you.
-
The consultation is your first meeting where you can talk about your fitness journey and the challenges you've been facing. In this session, we'll do a comprehensive fitness evaluation to understand your current abilities and any limitations you might have. From there, you and your trainer will work together to set specific, achievable goals that are just right for you. We’ll wrap up the session by going over the proposed training program, highlighting how the exercises and strategies will help you make progress toward your goals.
