Not at all. Most people come in solo, and the energy is super welcoming. You’ll meet others on a similar path, but you’ll still have your own program and coach keeping you on track.

Fill out the form and we'll reach out to schedule your Day One Consultation. Day One is a 45-minute session where we learn your training history, talk through your goals, and assess how you move — we then have a clear picture of where you should start. Your first SPT session gets scheduled before you leave.

Never. With only 4–6 people per session, your coach will still be hands-on — correcting form, adjusting weights, and coaching you through every rep.

Just let us know before your first session and we’ll modify your workout as needed. Our coaches are trained to work around injuries and keep you moving safely.
